A static isolation/spacer sleeve made of corrosion-resistant and high-strength engineering plastics, stainless steel, and other materials is installed between outer magnetic steel or inner magnetic steel. The conveyed medium is enclosed within the isolation sleeve, thus completely solving the problems of running, emitting, dripping, and leaking that cannot be solved by dynamic seals.
